For tutorial purposes, it would probably be a good idea to use a contrasting thread color

I just found this. So disappointed that the blocks are 3,50 each. Cannot afford $350 for the patterns.

I love the last few minutes of each of these videos where you show mock ups of the block turned or paired with other blocks in the series. There are some fantastic ideas here!

I’m new to quilting and love your modern aesthetic. Yours seems to be the only truly modern quilting channel that I can find. I hope you’re ok and that you are still on the modern quilting journey.

So you mentioned about those pins, always looking for something better, can you tell us which pins you use? Also desperately need sharp safety pins for quilting, have lots of the curved typed but they are not sharp enough and annoy me grrrr!

simple but effective, just the way I like it! I'm wondering what it would look like with the scale block turned 90 degrees a time into a four patch (like you would a traditional pinwheel block) - I think that could be pretty striking

I have never paper pieced. Do you have your fabric numbered?

I enjoyed seeing your accomplishments, why do all of us seem to have trouble with getting the bindings done😀 I used wool batting for the first time and loved the loft and drape of it and the ease of quilting only added to my pleasure. I'm still working on a quilt for Ukraine, have liked the large blocks and am looking forward to my next improv creation, wanting to get rid of my barrel of scraps I have accumulated. Hi Amy, Loved seeing your projects. A while back I used up scraps using the Supreme pattern and have just finished some hand quilting on it. So it is now waiting for binding. In between I have done some table runners and other small projects. Next on my list is to finish putting the blocks of my Dart quilt into rows.

They are all so pretty and unique! You have inspired me!
